Employee Resource Groups at L3Harris
L3Harris offers eleven employee resource groups (ERGs) - voluntary, employee-led groups that bring together employees from diverse backgrounds and foster networking, professional development and community outreach opportunities. In 2022, 18,000 employees were ERG members across 100+ ERG chapters globally, including the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
ERG leaders also participate in the L3Harris Diversity Council. The Diversity Council drives business strategies for engagement, leadership and support to build a robust and diverse workforce. As a collective voice for topics that further diversity, equity and inclusion results, the Diversity Council also provides an avenue for ERGs to communicate directly with senior leadership.
Asian Professionals for Excellence taps into the perspectives of L3Harris Asian and Pacific Islander employees to explore, develop and drive customer engagement and talent retention strategies, while also supporting the development of culturally competent employees.
Early Career Professionals empowers early career employees to feel connected to the company and the community while helping retain and grow future leaders of L3Harris.
5GEN supports and represents a diverse, multi-generational workforce by providing a platform for members to connect, obtain professional development and express their unique perspectives while bridging generational gaps.
Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement fosters an inclusive environment, provides career development and supports Hispanic/Latino employees through developing, engaging and retaining a high-performing, diverse workforce.
Intrapreneurs strives to grow innovators by providing members with opportunities and resources to discover, engage and collaborate with one another through workshops, innovation challenges and community events.
