The speakers will educate attendees on how attract diverse job candidates and how to get started with long-term team building campaigns. This panel will also emphasize outreach programs such as fellowships and networking. Open to all conference-level pass holders, Inclusive Innovation is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program designed to bring space professionals of all ages, backgrounds, and culture together to share ideas on how to create more positive, inclusive work environments and more diversity among entrepreneurs. Attendees will walk away with actionable steps on how to make our industry more welcoming and inclusive so that they can go back to their workplace and begin to create the world we want to see. The commercialization of MEO and LEO has created demand for agile gateways and terminals capable of accessing multiple satellites moving across the sky. Demand for cost-effective internet access on aircraft, ships and vehicles in motion is pushing design toward flatter, thinner, cheaper and less power-hungry antennas without moving parts. Manufacturers are releasing new technologies and working to reduce costs, while makers of parabolics focus on niches where their performance excels. This session explores the growing range of technology options for multi-orbit transmission services, the latest advances in reliability, power consumption and performance, and how new and existing technology should be integrated into a customer solution.
