Conscious Inclusion

We aim to enhance a culture of thoughtful and conscientious inclusion by intentionally creating inclusive environments. One of the ways we achieve this is through our ERGs. L3Harris offers eleven employee resource groups (ERGs), which are voluntary, employee-led groups that bring together employees from diverse backgrounds and foster networking, professional development and community outreach opportunities.

ERG leaders also participate in the L3Harris Diversity Council. The Diversity Council drives business strategies for engagement, leadership and support to build a robust and diverse workforce. As a collective voice for topics that further diversity, equity and inclusion results, the Diversity Council also provides an avenue for ERGs to communicate directly with senior leadership.

Asian Professionals for Excellence taps into the perspectives of L3Harris Asian and Pacific Islander employees to explore, develop and drive customer engagement and talent retention strategies, while also supporting the development of culturally competent employees.


Early Career Professionals empowers early career employees to feel connected to the company and the community while helping retain and grow future leaders of L3Harris.


5GEN supports and represents a diverse, multi-generational workforce by providing a platform for members to connect, obtain professional development and express their unique perspectives while bridging generational gaps.


Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement fosters an inclusive environment, provides career development and supports Hispanic/Latino employees through developing, engaging and retaining a high-performing, diverse workforce.


Intrapreneurs strives to grow innovators by providing members with opportunities and resources to discover, engage and collaborate with one another through workshops, innovation challenges and community events.

The L3Harris Employees of African Descent advocate for and develop members of the African-American community and other diverse communities through continuous training, development initiatives, strategic partnerships and community engagement.


Middle Eastern and North African Descent and Allies aspires to increase the visibility of MENA employees while fostering a community that provides a welcome space of support, mentoring and advocacy.


Pride promotes an inclusive, supportive and safe environment for all employees regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression in support of L3Harris’ commitment to inclusion.


Supporting Emergency Responders and Veterans Engagement is committed to connecting current, former and friends of L3Harris first responders and veterans in a way that promotes personal and professional development, brings value to the company and engages and supports the community.


Women Who Strive for Empowering, Enhancing & Encouraging Other Women strives to cultivate future leaders, enrich the capability of the L3Harris workforce and help ensure L3Harris’ competitive advantage by providing a forum for networking, development, knowledge sharing and community outreach.


Willing & Able aims to inspire individuals of all abilities to be part of L3Harris and to support the continued growth and success of our employees. WILA strives to create a more inclusive work environment and promote awareness on topics that impact the community of employees with disabilities, as well as employees who have loved ones with a disability.

Communicate & Connect

We connect the DE&I vision and strategy to everyday business through inclusive and human-centered stories. One of the most popular story series is I am L3Harris, which features diverse and personal stories from our employees. L3Harris continues to be an employer of choice and strategic corporate partner for a variety of external organizations. These relationships communicate our ongoing commitment to advancing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace globally. Further, these recognitions and partnerships enable us to promote DE&I both in and out of the workplace, while also utilizing the important research and benchmarking we receive to continuously improve.
