The agreement builds on an existing memorandum of understanding and establishes a structured way for both organisations to coordinate activity and align product and technology roadmaps to support customer needs. It provides a consistent mechanism for exploring joint innovation, progressing complementary approaches and identifying opportunities to support customer requirements across agreed areas of focus.
“Formalising our teaming arrangement enables our organisations to work together in a clear and structured way on advancing key management and secure communications technology. This agreement reflects the strengths each organisation brings and supports focused innovation where our capabilities align,” said Ian Menzies, General Manager for Intelligence and Cyber International at L3Harris Technologies.
"This agreement provides a framework that allows us to coordinate activity in specific areas of shared interest,” said Sarah Bailey, Group CEO of PentenAmio. “It builds on the cooperation already established between our teams and enables us to explore aligned approaches that can deliver meaningful benefits to customers."
The agreement is nonexclusive and does not alter existing customer relationships, intellectual property rights or delivery responsibilities. Both organisations will continue to operate within applicable legal, regulatory and security requirements while pursuing collaboration where appropriate.
