L3Harris Announces Quarterly Dividend Increase

MELBOURNE, Fla., Feb. 23, 2024 — The Board of Directors of L3Harris Technologies (NYSE:LHX) approved an increase in the company’s per share quarterly cash dividend rate from $1.14 to $1.16 commencing with the dividend for the first quarter of the year, payable March 22, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2024. The dividend corresponds to an increase in the annualized rate from $4.56 to $4.64.

“This represents the company’s 23rd consecutive annual dividend increase, enabled by expected free cash flow growth, and is aligned with L3Harris’ capital deployment priorities,” said Christopher E. Kubasik, Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
