This lightweight unit has been designed with performance parameters suitable for deployment in high performance, executive class aircraft, and helicopters.
The antenna is constructed of a foam filled fiberglass housing which contains all component parts including the required phasing coupler.
The only external connections required are the radio input and external load termination (available option part number 1200018-001).
