Continued Commitment and Investment in Poland

L3Harris Technologies is strengthening its long-term partnership with Poland through the official opening of a business operations office in Warsaw.

The new L3Harris Warsaw Office will host teams across business development, program management, field services and systems engineering, establishing a multi-functional hub to ensure localized support for Poland’s defense modernization priorities. The facility is designed to bring L3Harris closer to its customers, government partners and industry stakeholders, underscoring the company’s commitment to supporting NATO allies across central and eastern Europe.

This location adds to the company’s regional footprint, which also includes a facility in Katowice for Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) sensor and system manufacturing, a maintenance and repair center in Czernica in partnership with Military Communications Works No. 2 SA (WZŁ-2) and ongoing collaboration with the Military University of Technology – Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna (WAT).

A Central Hub in the Heart of Warsaw

Sam Mehta and other L3Harris leadership

“This office represents more than 25 years of partnership in the defense of Poland and moves us closer to our customers and decision-makers,” said Sam Mehta, President, Communication Systems, L3Harris. “The security environment in Europe today requires companies like ours to be present, agile and deeply engaged with customers on the ground. By investing in Warsaw, we’re ensuring the Polish Armed Forces and surrounding allies have responsive, interoperable systems they need to succeed against adversaries.”

The Warsaw location serves as a bridge between L3Harris’ global expertise and its local partnerships in Poland. The site was selected specifically for its proximity and ease of access to key stakeholders, according to David Taubman, Regional Managing Director, L3Harris.

“This office is truly a multi-functional hub,” said Taubman. “Our team here will deliver on every aspect of support, from responding to urgent customer needs, ensuring program execution or integrating our solutions into broader defense systems.”

L3Harris is actively working with in-country industrial partners to supply end-to-end, multi-domain capabilities from across its portfolio in support of key Polish requirements including East Shield, added Taubman.
