What does helping America move forward mean to you in your role at L3Harris?

The Summer Intern Program is one meaningful way L3Harris gives back to our communities, and our team is honored to support it. I always tell interns to stay in school and earn their degree, because the knowledge they gain through education and hands-on experience is something no one can take away. That foundation helps them develop products in America, build them in America and use them to protect America.

When you think about America at 250, what makes you most proud to contribute through your work?

Freedom is priceless. I grew up in a country marked by war and loss. Living in fear of the ruling government, I fled with friends in a small fishing boat. After three days at sea, our boat broke down during a violent storm in the Pacific, and the next day the USS Elliot (DD-967) of the U.S. Navy rescued us, saving our lives and giving us the opportunity to immigrate to a free country.

What does helping America move forward mean to you in your role at L3Harris?

It means providing our nation and its allies the best solutions to protect our people, ensure our freedom and enable our way of life. That responsibility gives our work real purpose and reinforces the importance of delivering for the mission every day.

When you think about America at 250, what makes you most proud to contribute through your work?

What we do is more than a job, it’s a noble cause. We can do anything to make a living, but we choose to do something that makes the world a better place. That sense of purpose is what makes me most proud to contribute through my work.

What does helping America move forward mean to you in your role at L3Harris?

In my role at L3Harris, helping America move forward means investing in the people and innovation that strengthen our national defense. By developing future engineering leaders and managing programs that recognize the outstanding accomplishments of our engineers, Fellows and patent holders, I help foster the talent, excellence and ingenuity required to deliver advanced technologies for those who serve. Supporting our people and championing innovation helps ensure we remain ready to provide the capabilities that keep our service members safe and our nation secure.

When you think about America at 250, what makes you most proud to contribute through your work?

As a first-generation American, I am especially proud that my work contributes to something larger than myself by helping remove barriers and connect the right talent to the right mission needs. Creating those critical connections enables our engineering teams to solve problems faster, collaborate more effectively and stay focused on delivering the technologies our warfighters depend on. It is very meaningful to play a part in strengthening the innovation, teamwork and mission execution that help protect our country and move America forward.

What does helping America move forward mean to you in your role at L3Harris?

Helping America move forward means making sure the men and women who defend our nation have the technology and capabilities they need to stay ahead of evolving threats. In my role, that means working closely with the Air Force and Space Force to understand mission needs and align L3Harris solutions to deliver real operational advantage. Having served in uniform for more than three decades, I see this as a continuation of service, just from a different seat. It’s about contributing to mission success and helping protect the nation’s future.

When you think about America at 250, what makes you most proud to contribute through your work?

What makes me most proud is the opportunity to support the people and missions that keep our nation strong, secure and prepared for what’s next. America’s strength has always come from its ability to innovate, adapt and lead, and I’m proud to be part of a team helping deliver that edge every day.

At L3Harris, we’re working on technologies that matter across air, space and beyond, and that contribution feels especially meaningful at this moment in our nation’s history. For me, it’s about leaving the next generation a stronger foundation for security and progress.
