As part of this program, L3Harris will provide an end-to-end C4I solution for candidate in-service Command and Troop variants of the Bushmaster Protected Mobility Vehicle from system design and integration to installation and delivery, ensuring LAND 4111 enhances the operational connectivity, interoperability and mission effectiveness of the Australian Defence Force.
“We are honoured to work alongside the Commonwealth to deliver this critical communications modernisation capability,” said Andrew Rushbrook, Managing Director, L3Harris Communications Australia. “By providing a complete design-through-installation C4I solution, we are delivering advanced, integrated communications systems that support Australian warfighters’ operational success in today's increasingly complex environments.”
Over the next three years, L3Harris will design and equip selected Bushmasters with resilient, interoperable communication systems at the company’s Indo-Pacific Regional Support Centre in Pinkenba, Queensland.
Engagement under LAND 4111 reinforces L3Harris' long-standing commitment to the Australian Defence Force through the delivery of sovereign, mission-critical communications and integrated platform solutions that enhance capability, readiness and operational effectiveness.
