L3Harris and US Army Successfully Demonstrate First Red Wolf Flight from an MH-60

YUMA, Ariz., Oct. 13, 2026 — L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) and the United States Army Special Operations Aviation Command’s Systems Integration Management Office successfully completed the first flight demonstration of an L3Harris Red Wolf™ air-launched effect from an MH-60 helicopter, establishing a pathway for integrating L3Harris’ launched effects air vehicles with Black Hawks and other H-60 variants.

The test payload validated the launch system compatibility and demonstrated flight characteristics in an operational setting, building on previous successful launches from fixed-wing, rotary-wing and ground-based platforms.

“This flight demonstration marks a significant milestone in our mission to deliver multi-domain capabilities that warfighters can rely on,” said Quinlan Lyte, President, Advanced Effects, L3Harris. “By pushing the boundaries of what our launched effects vehicles can do and expanding the platforms from which they operate, we are staying ahead of the threat to remain mission ready.”

L3Harris’ Wolf Pack, including Red Wolf and Green Wolf™, represents the company’s growing suite of modular vehicles that offer long-range precision strike and non-kinetic effects.

This recent milestone marks 60 flight demonstrations for the Wolf Pack portfolio.
