KC-135 Avionics Solution

Tanker Glass: Designed for What's Next.

L3Harris’ KC-135 avionics solution is low-risk and flying today on RC-135 and WC-135. Our avionics architecture ensures interoperability with mission systems and future upgrades, reducing integration risk and enabling rapid capability spirals. Our design meets the standard and intent of MOSA by providing the U.S. Air Force with a proven, open architecture that uses industry-standard interfaces.

Built on Legacy.

This is not a new mission for us, it’s an extension of what we already do. Our production sites have a legacy of modernizing critical aircraft, providing tailored mission solutions and extending fleet longevity for multiple customers. We’re already delivering missionized, upgraded and modernized platforms for the U.S. Air Force and other customers.

Our systems are integrated onto the RC-135 aircraft. L3Harris ensures these aircraft remain operationally relevant and mission-ready through system upgrades for both the U.S. Air Force and United Kingdom RAF fleets.
