Program Management

All L3Harris facilities supporting ISS operations in Canada, are managed under an overarching program management governance model. Projects are regrouped under knowledgeable portfolio managers who are focused on achieving agreed upon strategic business objectives. The program managers are highly skilled and are Program Management Institute (PMI*)-certified Professionals (PMP®). Program Managers are accountable for all phases of project execution, namely the initiation, non-recurring, recurring and post-delivery support of services and products. Our program management capability is the backbone of the services delivered and the Program Managers are leaders in establishing the trust of our clients by ensuring performance, flexibility and value for money. 

As a defense contractor, we have the necessary credentials to execute projects that have security or regulated requirements, such as the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), the International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR) and classified programs.
